Bio for Bruce Graw: Bruce Graw has had the unique experience of successful chasing his dreams throughout his adult life. Educated as a software engineer on an ROTC scholarship, Bruce started his career serving his country as an officer in the armed forces. In 1989, he followed his passion in board gaming by programming the play-by-mail game Starfleet Warlord. The vastly successful game is still being played today over a generation later. This success led directly to the company Agents of Gaming and another rousing success, the board game Babylon 5 Wars and its spin-offs. Not one to accept a 9 to 5 job, Bruce has racked up numerous professional credits writing freelance for a number of board and role playing companies over twenty plus years. He also learned the art and science of spin-casting and to this day works with different companies to provide pewter miniatures from Star Trek starships to role playing character figures. Bruce has distinguished himself as a long distance bicyclist. He’s crossed the United States unsupported three times, with more in the offing. He’d also cycled internationally in a number of different countries including Canada, England, Germany and France. He bikes at least ten miles each day no matter the weather, which in Dayton, Ohio is quite a feat. Bruce’s debut commercial novel, “Demon Holiday” has been ten years coming to market. With all of his other successes it took something of a swift kick by a good friend to make Bruce realize he had another product that people would care to enjoy. “Demon Ascendant”, the sequel to “Demon Holiday”, will follow hard on the heels of the first with a tentative fall 2013 publication. TANSTAAFL Press is also in negotiations to publish Bruce’s mostly completed works of “A Fairy of Central Park” and “Lady Hornet”.
